Did you try flushing it thoroughly? Sometimes manufacturing residue can cause that. If not, contact support for a nib exchange.

Same thing happened to my Optima. I sent it in for repair under warranty. Took about a month but they fixed it.

Is it a new pen? Could be a loose converter or cartridge. If it's the section itself, you'll need to contact them.

It's a piston filler, so no converter. Had it for a year, no issues until now.
